Burnt/burnt/strange smell problems are generally caused by the following reasons:
1. The output voltage of the battery pole/microphone is too high, and when the oil conduction is not smooth, the heating wire and oil-absorbing cotton are burned;
2. The battery discharge rate is too high, and the heating wire and oil-absorbing cotton are burnt when the oil conduction is not smooth;
3. The waiting time after filling is not enough, the e-liquid is not fully transferred to the heating wire and oil-absorbing cotton, and the heating wire and oil-absorbing cotton will be burned by smoking;
4. There is a mismatch between oil and electricity. In the later stages of smoking, the oil will be exhausted first, while the battery still has power, and the heating wire and oil-absorbing cotton will be burned;
5. The e-liquid has high viscosity and poor fluidity, causing the oil-absorbing cotton to not conduct oil smoothly, and smoking will burn the heating wire and oil-absorbing cotton quilt;
6. The oil-absorbing cotton has a high density or is not fluffy enough, causing the oil-absorbing cotton to not conduct oil smoothly, and the suction will burn the heating wire and oil-absorbing cotton quilt;
7. The diameter or number of oil inlet holes is small, causing the oil-absorbing cotton to not conduct oil smoothly, and the suction will burn the heating wire and oil-absorbing cotton quilt;
8. E-liquid contains high sugar/sweetener content, which causes carbon deposition on the oil-absorbing cotton, resulting in a mushy smoking smell;
9. The oil inlet hole is designed too high. When the amount of oil in the oil cup is less than 1/3, the oil-absorbing cotton cannot absorb the e-liquid, and the heating wire and oil-absorbing cotton quilt will be burned by suction;
10. The interference design between the oil inlet hole and the oil-absorbing cotton is unreasonable, causing the oil-absorbing cotton to not conduct oil smoothly, and the suction will burn the heating wire and the oil-absorbing cotton quilt;
11. Improper storage of e-liquid or the shelf life has expired, causing taste variation;
12. Due to various reasons, two or more e-liquids are accidentally mixed, causing taste variation;
13. Failure to wake up the e-liquid before refilling causes the e-liquid to stratify, resulting in a large taste difference;
14. The structural design of the atomizer uses glue, and the heating device evaporates the glue, causing the glue to smell;
15. The surface of the insulating ring/silicone sleeve/sealing ring has oil stains such as the demoulding machine, which may cause taste variation due to contact with the e-liquid;
16. The iron-chromium-aluminum heating wire reacts chemically with the e-liquid, causing a rusty smell when smoking;
17. The plastic/silicone/fiberglass tube is too close to the heating wire, and the heating wire will be scorched during operation, causing an odor;
18. Structural design defects, condensate flows back into the oil-absorbing cotton, causing odor in the suction;
19. The airway is not smooth, and the condensate accumulates around the heating wire, causing oil to explode during suction, causing burning of the mouth and odor;
20. The density of the oil storage cotton is high, which locks some components in the e-liquid and fails to fully release and bring out the original formula of the e-liquid, causing odor;
21. Improper process arrangement or operation. The PCBA or microphone is activated and started working before oil injection, which burns the heating wire and oil-absorbing cotton;
